
All Attributes - This selection produces verse prayers focusing on each one of God's Attributes.
God is Faithful – God is faithful to keep his promises always.
God is Good – God is good to us and gives us his blessings.
God is Holy - God is set apart from all other created beings. His holiness refers to His majesty and His perfect moral purity. He is without sin or evil thought.
God is Infinite - God has no limits. He cannot be measured. He had no beginning, and will have no end.
God is Just - Everything that God does is just and right. He judges all by the same standard, and all of his judgments are right, impartial, and consistent.
God is Love – Everything that God does is motivated by Love, because God is love. God’s character, his actions, and his words define what love truly is.
God is Omnipotent - God is all-powerful. There is no limit to what he can accomplish.
God is Omniscient - God is all-knowing. There is no limit to his knowledge and understanding. God knows everything that has happened, everything that is happening, and already knows everything that will happen in the future.
God is Sovereign – God is the ruler of all of creation, and he is in total control. Nothing happens without God willing it to be so, and he does what he knows to be best.
God is Transcendent - God is above all of his creation.
God is Unchanging -God never changes. He has always had, and will always have, the same attributes and characteristics.
Blessing - being thankful to God for the gifts and goodness you have received from him.
Comfort - being thankful to God for providing solace in times of grief or fear.
Courage - being thankful to God because we do not need to fear when we put our trust in him.
Faithfulness - being thankful to God because he keeps his promises and we can have faith in him.
Forgiveness - being thankful to God for his forgiveness and mercy.
Love - being thankful to God for his everlasting love for us, even when we were still sinners.
Peace - being thankful to God for the peace we have when we trust that God will do what is best in ny circumstance.
Protection - being thankful to God for delivering us from danger and keeping us safe.
Provision - being thankful to God for always providing for our needs
Salvation - being thankful to God for his free gift of salvation to all who believe and accept the gift.
Strength - being thankful to God for giving us the ability to endure when things get tough.
Wisdom - being thankful to God for giving us the ability to make good decisions and discern the truth.
Anger – asking for help from God to refrain from anger
Anxious or Fearful – asking for help from God to have courage
Blessing - asking for blessing from God
Contentment - prayers asking for God's help in being content in our circumstances
Endurance - asking for help from God to have the ability to endure when things get tough
Faith - asking for help from God to have increased faith
Forgiveness - asking for forgiveness from God and for help in being forgiving
Godly Husband/Wife - asking for help from God to be a godly husband/wife
Godly Parent - asking for help from God to be a godly parent to your child or children
Grief - asking for help from God to deal with grief
Healing - asking God for healing
Humility - asking God for help in being humble
Joy - asking for help from God to have a joyful attitude
Love – prayers for help in loving God and loving others
Obedience - asking for help from God to obey his commands
Patience - asking for help from God in being patient, waiting on God and his timing instead of our own.
Peace - prayers for God to grant his peace
Prayer of Jabez – pray the “prayer of Jabez” from 1 Chronicles 4:10
Provision - asking for God to meet your needs, and for the trust to know that he will meet them
Purity – praying for God’s help in avoiding impure thoughts and actions
Repentance - prayers for repentance from sin
Safety - asking for God to keep you safe from harm
Salvation – prayers accepting God’s gift of salvation
Self-Control - prayers for God's help in maintaining control over our selves and living in godliness.
Selfishness - asking for help from God to avoid selfish attitudes and actions
Stewardship - asking for help from God to have the right attitude about money, possessions, and giving
Temptation - asking for help from God to avoid and resist temptation to sin
Thankfulness - asking for God’s help to remember to be thankful for God’s blessings
Truthfulness - asking for help from God to be truthful
Wisdom – prayers for God to help you make good decisions and discern the truth.
Boldness - prayers that our church will serve God boldly and without fear.
Growth - prayers for growth of the church, both in numbers and in spiritual maturity
Revival - prayers for the church to return to God with all of our hearts
Service - prayers for the people of our church to have a servant's heart in our service of God and of others
Stewardship - prayers that the church would practice good stewardship over the monetary blessings God has given us.
Submission - prayers that each person in the church would submit to God and to each other.
Unity - prayers for unity of spirit in the church
Character – prayers that your Pastor will have the character that God requires of Pastors
Leadership - prayers that your Pastor will be a good shepherd of the flock under their care
